Hi, I’m Laura Beth Bass!

A chai lover, mountain vacation daydreamer, Diet Coke enthusiast, golden retriever dog mom x2, and adventure seeker at heart. Those fun little pieces of who I am show up in my work too: I love bringing calm, clarity, and a sense of “we’ve got this” to every client I partner with.

The Beginning

I began my professional journey as a middle school STEM teacher. That role taught me the power of organization, clear communication, and meaningful connections. Those skills continue to shape the way I support clients today.

After earning a master's degree focused on learning design, training, and development, I expanded my work beyond the classroom. That path led me into instructional design, sales, nonprofit support, and event planning. Each experience helped me understand what it takes to help a business run smoothly. I continue to take business-related classes at my local community college and continue to participate in my local Chamber of Commerce, which helps me continue gaining and strengthening my skills, along with making meaningful connections.

From Passion to Purpose

As time went on, I realized that what I enjoyed most was helping people work more efficiently and intentionally. I saw how often business owners and small teams were overwhelmed by behind-the-scenes chaos.

That inspired me to build a virtual assistant service centered around helpful structure, simple systems, and reliable support for small businesses, nonprofits, and busy professionals.
